All the services provided by the hotel are excellent, and I would like to thank Mr. Basyouni, Director of Food and Beverages, for the warm welcome and excellent care for the guests. I would also like to thank the Reception Manager, Mr. Mahmoud Farag, and his colleagues, as well as the room service, especially Ahmed Ashraf, and the entertainment team, especially Mr. Mando and Mr. Karika, As well as all members of the hospitality crew, cooks in the various restaurants, and service providers on the beaches and swimming pools.

It was amazing starting from check in tell check out . It was the first time in Movenpick at all and will not be the last time, we will back soon They treated me and my family in an excellent way. Mr Mohamed adjusted my kids staying and Mr Omer( a perfect man)upgraded my accommodation. Ms Mary showed me the accommodation before finishing check in. I wanna send a special thanks to Mr Omer’’the receptionist’’’. how is Super gentleman. He made Me and my family feel comfortable and warm welcome. He gave us a lot of soul advises about staying and I felt him as a part of my family.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was stunning , everything from the cleanliness to the service was perfect. All the staff especially Mahmoud , Omar , Ibrahim were incredibly friendly and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by a lovely upgrade to a sea view room, it was absolutely breathtaking! Huge thanks to the receptionist Kamal for the thoughtful gesture. the atmosphere was calm , and every detail made our anniversary feel truly special. We’ll definitely be coming back! and thank you to Chef Fathallah! Your warm and kind personality made the experience even more special. You're a true artist, both in the kitchen and with people! Thanks to Sara for being so friendly and always smiling. Her kindness and care made our experience even better.

This is the BEST location in Naama Bay! It’s built into the cliff looking out over the whole bay and the open sea, so the view is fantastic from basically everywhere on the resort. They have multiple beaches with clean, adjustable chaise lounges, and great sun shades. There is a lovely paved walk that goes along the entirety of the property and you can take it all the way down to the pedestrian sidewalk that goes through all of Naama Bay. The classic style of architecture throughout the property and in the rooms is stunning! Most of the coral in Naama Bay has died due to poor management and people walking on coral, yet this Movenpick made the effort to rope off the corals on all their beaches to prevent people from stepping on them. There are still enough fish to enjoy snorkeling right off the beach. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

V clean, fantastic views, superb pool area (long soft towels available), v well maintained gardens, every pair if sunbeds had an umbrella, sunbeds well spaced out, pretty layout, wide variety of good fresh food, most staff polite and helpful, 4 beaches which could snorkel from to see coral and tropical fishes (beach 1 and 4 best).

The staff and the service was amazing , u are heard when u talk or you don’t like something for us we had an inconvenience with the ac in our room so we went to the reception and they gave us free upgrade to deluxe room a big thanks to MERY at the reception we really appreciate your help and assistance and in general the staff are amazing they always make you happy in you complain about something

Check in was it was so easy and Menna & Mohamed amazing she was very professional and informative, and she gave us a lot of good insights about the hotel. The whole entire crew at the hotel were very, very professional and helpful. Also mousa from housekeeping was very smiling and cheerful. We loved the hotel and the day and we’re probably gonna come next year to stay here again.

Excellent stay with helpful and friendly staff especially Ms. Mary from the reception was so friendly . They upgraded both rooms from classic to superior double room for free. Delicious food with many varieties special thanks to head chef who was always looking for our comfort . All the the staff and waiters were professional and always willing to help . Best view in Sharm el sheikh Will definitely come again

The design and feel of the place is amazing, it is beautiful especially around the sunsets. The beached were very clean and water was see through with many corals to look at. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs!
